The contractor enters the brief once — incident, roles by seat (physician, RN, ALS, BLS, or Ground Support), required credentials, staging location, report time, duration, daily rate. The platform texts only providers whose verified level and training match.

Providers flip an Available for Deployment toggle on their account. Nobody on shift at their primary agency, or already on another incident, gets the call.

One-tap commitment
The text carries a unique link. Tapping Accept fills a seat on the roster and authorizes the platform to route that provider's verified credentials to the contractor. When the last seat fills, the call closes itself.
